What Is Butterfly™?
The Butterfly™ is a unique innovation in uni-dose packaging. First patented in Europe and now introduced in North America, the Butterfly™ packaging format is a single-handed application, cost-effective versus bottles, tubes and coventional sachets and designed for a range of liquid and semi-solid product applications.

Package Specifications:
Easypack™ Solutions provides packagers, manufacturers and product marketers with a complete turnkey operation that packages liquid or semi-dense products into the proprietary Butterfly™ package, formed from the joining of two different films (Polystyrene or PET foil.)
Package Material Specifications:
The packaging materials are made from proprietary semi-rigid Polystrene or PET foil on reel (approx 480 microns), sealed to a heat-sealable printed flexible foil on reel (approx 60 microns). Both films are polyethylene coated for heat-sealing. Semi-rigid foil specifications are application specific as part of Patent # B02007A000083.
